Automatic Voice Recognition and Transcription- Through DocApp providers can dictate reports directly into their mobile device and our powerful software system will automatically transcribe the report, and generate claims for you. - Doctations users can login to their account throu their iPhone or iPad. If you're not a registered user, you can create an account for free through DocApp.

Calendar and Appointment Details- Providers can view appointments from their mobile device. DocApp offers day view, month view, and appointment detail views.

Appointments- DocApp makes creating an appointment on the fly quick and easy. Providers can create an appointment for existing patients or business appointments. Creating an appointment for an unregistered patient is quick and easy too, as DocApp walks you through the steps of adding and saving new patient information. For example, if you don't have time to add information to your appointment from the road, just create the appointment and your office staff can access and add information to your appointments later.

Creating Reports- Providers can easily create reports from the appointment detail view. Reports save time by using pre-configured templates to store dictations, pictures, and other figures. Providers may also e-sign reports from their mobile device. Recording a dictation and saving it to a report utilizes MModal voice recognition software. Simply hit the "Start Recording" button and start talking into the mobile device. Dictations can be saved as text or uploaded to a scribe service.

Patient Chart- Access all files associated with a patient via their patient chart. Patient files are arranged in an easy-to-access format, and are organized in common sense categories.

Rounds List- Providers can access and update their rounds list. This list contains information on each of the provider's patients with inpatient or outpatient status. This status can be modified by other physicians who have access to that patient's account, making it possible to more accurately track patient's statuses.

Find Patient- Allows providers to search for patients within the system. Providers can then view, edit or add reports for the selected patient.
